Storage Solutions - Milton

I’ve had a storage unit with Storage Solutions (Milton) for over 17 years. Their better than competitive pricing and amazing customer service makes it worth the drive to Campbellville from North Burlington. It’s only 20 minutes and it beats the 20+ minutes I often spend just trying to get across a Burlington. The staff are always ready to help whether it is a stiff door or unit change (smaller, larger etc.) I highly recommend Storage Solutions. I’ve checked out other ‘local’ storage options but they don’t even come close to the pricing at Storage Solutions!

I had a storage unit in Brampton for 6 years which I was very unhappy with for various reasons. I moved to the Milton location and the yard is always clean, the staff is friendly & helpful. The gentlemen Glen that helped me was very quick to answer emails or return calls, he also made the process of transitioning to their location extremely easy, allowed me to choose which available unit I wanted and processed all the paperwork the same day! The unit themselves are very clean, easy to find, yard is easy to navigate, it’s quiet and not busy. I recently moved into an even larger unit with great ease thanks to Glen. I would highly recommend the Milton location to anyone who is looking to save some money, have a quiet, clean and safe yard & unit.

I've been using this company for the past 5 years and they are honestly still the best. They're super flexible and helpful, the location is great and very organized and clean, and the price is the best I've found around. They're personable and proactive. One time I forgot to lock on my unit, they called me immediately. This weekend, I forgot to inform them that I vacated the unit and also got a call today from Glenn to inquire and once I explained he moved me out and refunded the difference, no hassle. (thank you Glenn). Really a pleasure to do business with and I'll be taking my car there again for storage come winter time.

Could not have had any better an experience in dealing with Glen at the Milton storage location. Thoroughly informative and professional in every regard in his dealing with me and my storage needs. The fact that Glen was obviously a very decent person made the experience even better.
