Once we deliver your container, you can load it at your own pace, then choose to keep it on-site with you, have us store it in our secure facility, or we can move it to your new home or alternate location for you!

Great personal service. I had a very narrow spot to put the unit during my renovation, after describing my difficult situation, Jay, the owner, came out himself to place the pod without any damage to my home or fence. Great clean and leak proof unit. I have referred him to many friends since my initial rental. Will definitely continue to use them.

These guys know how to take care of you. I have used them twice and both times they were right on time with delivery and pickup. Units were very nice, clean, and easy to lock up. Don't hesitate to call them for your storage needs.

Ruined my moving plans. Unreliable arrived an hour late my people had other commitments. Jay took no accountability. He repeatedly said he was the owner and did not care. What an embarrassment of a so called business. Reported to the BBB.

J and his crew are amazing! He helped us through a last minute very unexpected move in under 30 days. They were able to provide a second pod the same day, AND when I misunderstood the communication about lead time for moving, they still came through and made things happen. This was my error but still provided exceptional customer service to accomodate our hectic schedule. I highly recommend Austin Mobile Storage!
