We recently had the pleasure of visiting Apple Self Storage, conveniently located less than 2 km from the University of Guelph – perfect for students and families alike! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Suzy, who is truly a gem. She is incredibly kind, accommodating, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Suzy gave us a thorough tour of the brand-new facility (just opened in February!), and helped us find the perfect-sized unit for my daughter’s belongings. She took the time to go over all our options, answered all our questions with a smile, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. Her genuine care and attention made all the difference – you can tell she truly wants the best for her customers. The facility itself is immaculate, well-lit, and feels very secure, which gives us great peace of mind. We also heard amazing things about Ross and can’t wait to meet him as well – this team clearly knows how to take care of people! Great experience getting set up for a storage unit. Had a look at different sizes of lockers. Ross gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on getting a locker. Signing up was quick and easy. Overall great experience. If you need a storage locker come in and see Ross, he'll take care of you.

Super clean facility, friendly staff. Ross and Susy were incredibly helpful. Nice big units. Beyond thankful we found this place! Even brought us some waters after our long drive. What a place! Definitely recommend this spot if you need any sort of storage!

I had a great experience. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone was helpful and made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. The storage units are clean, new, and great quality. They also have excellent sales, which was a pleasant bonus!

Fantastic service and very clean facility! Susy gave me a great tour of the facility showing me rental unit size options before I selected my preference. The registration was easy and quick and I had great conversations with the other employees as Susy processed my registration! I will definitely feel good about storing my stuff here!
