We recently had the pleasure of visiting Apple Self Storage, conveniently located less than 2 km from the University of Guelph – perfect for students and families alike! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Suzy, who is truly a gem. She is incredibly kind, accommodating, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Suzy gave us a thorough tour of the brand-new facility (just opened in February!), and helped us find the perfect-sized unit for my daughter’s belongings. She took the time to go over all our options, answered all our questions with a smile, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. Her genuine care and attention made all the difference – you can tell she truly wants the best for her customers. The facility itself is immaculate, well-lit, and feels very secure, which gives us great peace of mind. We also heard amazing things about Ross and can’t wait to meet him as well – this team clearly knows how to take care of people! I felt he had an inclusive marvellous approach to becoming part of the apple storage family. I am happy to consider this location as my destination for storing goods and couldn’t be any more delighted. Keep up the beautiful business. This is the best storage service I have ever encountered! Apple Self Storage Guelph is not only conveniently located, but also very new, clean and safe. Ross at the front desk was very enthusiastic and patiently showed me around the storage rooms of different sizes. He also gave me very professional suggestions based on my needs. The whole process was fast and simple, and it was really worry-free! Recommended to all friends who need a storage in Guelph!

It was my first time renting a storage space, and I was worried about the complicated process. However, Ross helped me with all the formalities right away. He was very professional and friendly. The warehouse environment is very clean and bright, and it is equipped with trolleys, elevators and a large unloading area, which makes it very convenient to move things. The price is also very reasonable, and it is very suitable for students or families to temporarily store items. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great experience setting up a unit with Apple Storage. Prices are reasonable, our house is right around the corner from the facility and customer service is exceptional! Ross helped my husband out and we started and left completely satisfied with our decision to go with them.
