The Easter weekend was a busy one for everyone. Even though I was running late myself, Chantel, Kathy and Nicole were a breath of fresh air.
I would recommend this company in a heart beat. Even my initial contact with Ryan to book was an easy process.

Friendly staff that answered every question, large dry clean units. Felt like part of the family. They also have everything you need to move, a large supply of boxes in every size and wrap for everything breakable. Great prices.

Chantel and Kathy were absolutely amazing with handling a issue I had with transferring units . Very patient and worked with my work schedule . I would recommend Victoria access storage to anyone in need of a secure storage unit with friendly staff !!! Thanks again

Kathy was amazing & kindhearted. She was very nice and friendly which made very easy for me to get my storage unit as well as helping me add 2 more weeks. Would definitely get storage unit from them again
